Do tilesets count as a skin?

Today, I wanna show you my tileset. It was made by me from scratch. Obviously, it's not complete, I may continue it. By the way, it was a five-minute work, so don't except breathtaking shit.

Edit: Just some roofs, two tries on making glass, a box and roads. Duh.

So. Well.
There's the Imagine Logo, the one with the green turtle, who knows nothing.
("I don't know how to do 'a barrelroll'...")
Then, there's the image editing program, the Logo Motion, which I use. I think it's the image editor of Imagine Logo.
