Put the entity Info_Animation with these numbers:
95 - 97
100 - 103
137 - 139
221 - 223
226 - 228
and 300 miliseconds for each entity.
Remember, take a look in the example map and learn how to use the 3d dimensional tiles.

This still can work just need t edit the tiles and make some of them into sprites and tada awesome tile set. By having the overlapping tiles as sprites you can make them actually cover the player which would be rather interesting ingame.

I dislike this. It just isn't optimal. Best way of placing those pillars is with sprites so you can place it over the player instead of making it some stupid invisible wall obstacle.

You'd better take more time in this than just clunk the copied tiles here.
