In the dictionary the fish word is. one fish

There is plural with fish word. At least the dictionary insist so.

And...as I mentioned by chance,the word "fishes" is about fish species
So: 1 raw fish
10 raw fish
100 raw fish
1 fried fish
10 fried fish
100 fried fish
but raw fish and fried fish are two kinds of fishes
And there's one more meaning: Fishes(begin with an upper-case letter),stands for a constellation.
