As I see there is many servers also many of them has good ping and stable connection.

I'd like to know which one do they use(or if You are administrator(owner) of this server) - which one(service) is Your choice?
I prefer one that may handle such things like "IRAN TOWN" chaos which might be used for common standard server to play in and which might handle huge scripts(not very big tho).
The main problem is that Russian banks mostly blocked and many services that provide VDS has no Tinkoff or Sber banks.

@user Gaios: VDS is Virtual Dedicated Server, am used to alienvds which has only cpanel and used to it easily but since Russia is blocked I can't also choose Tinkoff/Sber as a payment.
/other ideas?

As from what I know there are only VPS (Virtual Private Server) and Dedicated Server.. it's not virtual.
