Hello. I want to ask about "Admin scripts". I installed them. But the problem is that changing the card in it does not work .I download new admin scripts, and... Same problem.
When I click on any card, nothing happens. If I try to change the card in a standard way (/ votemap de_dust), I'm told "Player votes the map de_dust". Perhaps there are scripts that will replace this function to change the card instantly without a vote?

You don't need an admin script if you want to simply change the map without voting. Use cs2d cmd rcon and cs2d cmd map to change the map.

In the 
cs2d/sys
folder there should be a 
server.cfg
file. Open it and put your RCon password after 
sv_rcon
.

Once that's done start (or restart) your server and open your console, there you can type 
rcon_pw <YOUR_RCON_PASSWORD>
- you should see a successful message if the password is correct. Then you can start using commands:

rcon <COMMAND>

To change the map:

rcon map de_takedown

server.cfg
file.
