The issue can also be caused by the server itself. In case it happens all the time, try another server.

What kind of internet connection do you have? (DSL/Cable/...?)
I would recommend to change your account password here at the website and of course afterwards also change it in CS2D.
Also make sure that your account is not used by anyone else (changing the password basically ensures this unless you share the password with someone else which you shouldn't do of course)
i UP i videoi think the problem not from internet connection i play from this internet from a Years ago.
i change the password and he still not work
i uninstalling it and deleting all files and folder
and still not work
and i removing ID and try to connect without ID and he is Worked

simolkaw: Of course it works when you don't login at all. If you don't login there is no login to verify 
So if you do not need features like ranking which require a login you can simply play without login.
Still I don't really understand why some people seem to have these issues. Sorry

Install CS2D on a different location.5
Install CS2D on a different PC using the same network to debug what is the cause.6
