today i want to say that's enough, if players are say "all gets lag", i know but i have really troublesome problem, when i join any server, and press tab to see my latency - my latency is 100 or 75, but in 1 second, my latency get up to 15k ! and never go down to the normal latency what is happing ? even when i host my server with cs2d_dedicated, my latency is 5, some times its get up to 5k ! and never go down, what i have to do ?

NB: my internet is not slow
20.39 Mbps [ Download Speed ]
8.29 Mbps [ Upload Speed ]

and my friend have 10 mbps download speed and he don't get lag like me

Ping test:
WIN key + R (will open Run window)
cmd (Enter) (will open command line interface)
ping <ip> -t (will ping ip for unlimit time)

I use it every time to analyze my ping.
The IP should be a domain where you can be sure it doesnt lag (like www.google.com)
Do you get such a highping also on here?

Yeah do you have that"bug" also on other games?
Did you try to disable your firewall / anti-virus?
Did you try to reinstall CS2D/restart PC?
