Depends, if you mean that "spam" is from chatting, radio, then you should try this file

[px20] Anti Flood System v1.0 (4), my file has more difference with other anti spam script because I added anti spam in drop and radio, otherwise you can try another one, just use Search function in this site.

If you mean that "spam" is distributed denial of services, I can't help you, just suggests this file

QuakeR: if you really want to learn on Lua, you should learn from basics firstly. Anti spam lua is quite hard Lua, sorry but I'd prefer you to download directly from usgn file archive using search functions.

I bet you cannot beat other's.

No, I bet you cannot beat other's Anti Spam Lua because it's pretty hard for beginners like you. Now I suggest you to learn from these site:

String manipulation. Basic manipulation code at say hook coding.
Counter Strike 2D basic Best one for beginners, yet.
Number manipulation. It's not useful, someday you need this.
Table manipulation. This is good for making anti spam too.

Etc.
