At the very least, you should write what you want to get and some might do it.
Rainoth: Finally you understand it. Gaios: No. You think that doing scripts for others is necessarily paid. When ExEc ExE wrote a thread about big project, some parts of what he wanted could be done by separate scripters. I helped him with one part and I'm sure I'll help him again. I won't get paid for it and that's fine.You're right in the point that making a whole project alone with a deadline is something I WOULD want to get paid over.
Rainoth: I also help on small things as you can see. Ok stop it. h2o1: When offering work, as you are, it is considered polite to at least specify the sort of work you expect others to do. The "big lua" you are looking for may be an adaptation of an existing game, or another Happy Town script, or something else entirely. Specifying what you want (at least in general, if what you're working on is secret) would attract programmers that are actually interested in your job, as opposed to simply curious or intrigued by your vague description. 1
