check this link if you want to know if it will run or not , in my opinion it will run . your ram is enough, minimum ram required is 6GB .

quickfingers: thanks for letting me know, hopefully it can run, i intend to do a bunch of youtube videos on it... medeiros deathmask stated, you'll also need more RAM.
Edit: On the other hand, don't mind that "more" content. If they fuck it up just like GTA IV, you actually might need to upgrade.

Your system is already pretty high end. Upgrading it now would be total waste of money. There is currently no (normal) game which needs higher specs.
And yes,
Raisun is right. The PC port of GTA V must be REALLY fucked up if it doesn't work well with these specs. I mean it runs on crappy consoles which are SIGNIFICANTLY slower than latest PC gaming hardware...

on 720p resolution . high - ultra settings .
but at full release , there may be some fps drop .
because they can add some more graphics to the game .

FarCry4 is working only on low settings with 20-40 fps on it woth a resolution on 1920x1080.
Chingy: Well apparently FarCry 4 has odd framedrops even on the latest hardware anyway. Just saying. Seekay: Oh, didn't knew that. Thought already I need to upgrade my rig soon. Chingy: Resolution affects a lot, you should also try changing it. My Rig :

I played on it with emulator and it worked fine, except crashes that happend 1-2 times a day.
