TrialAndError: strange, i googled it earlier and this was the first result http://db-ip.com/all/191.233.66 but after seeing everyone's ping there is no way it could be in brazil. @

Ahmad: That's what it says, but the ping and the links TrialAndError gave prove completely the fact that they're not from Brazil."Your internet sucks" is the worst reason I could hear right now. I'm getting 70ms with WorldQuality servers, and they truly are from Brazil. The rest of the servers I could see are from USA or Europe.
I don't know why you are saying "your internet sucks", need check the client location and server location, like @

TrialAndError: You should stop using domain lookup, I registered it in Holland so of course it says that the domain lookup is in Holland.The actual server is a Microsoft Azure VPS russing Ubuntu 14.04 located on a server in Brazil.
Please stop the discussion. Just to make my point clear, any off-topic about the server location (yes it's off-topic and very annoying) will be reported to a moderator

By the way, while setting up a few things I decided to contact Microsoft about my server. They said that the server information and details are saved on a master server located in Brazil. And when the server was registered in The Netherlands (not the location some of you tried to look up) they redirected all of the main info to a smaller master server they have in The Netherlands.
So basically they mindfucked everyone here including me. This means; the server is located in The Netherlands, but is actually if you really go into the subject in Brazil(?) or something like that.
In addition to being back online, ngmhost will be starting the good old UNLIMITED CONSTRUCTION soon to come. More server ideas may be PM'd to me and if you really have a good big idea and want to do it yourself with my help you can also just get a free server.
Servers are flying, come and get dem.
