Stranded II is written in Blitz3D.
It's open source and you can download the code here. But you need the full version of Blitz3D.

I hope you meant the programming language, not scripting language.

Stranded II uses its own scripting language called "Stranded II Script". It has many similarities to PHP (but is less powerful and stable...).
