I guess you mean a Multiplayermode.
There were already several statements by DC.
Summarized, it is not clear if there will actually be a Multiplayermode for Stranded II, maybe there won't be anyone. And even if one will be implemented, it won't be very amazing.

it is not sure whether there will be a multiplayer mode or not and its much too early to speak about it.
