i cant start my server only with root permissons:/
i know its dangerous...but when i change owner permissions to normal user..and start my server its says started and running but my server is not online...:/

now working!

To avoid problems like this, chmod&chown the cs2d_dedicated file to the correct settings along with the recursive directories behind it to avoid issues.

I'm not sure what to tell you besides if it was done right, it would work.
