Only reason most of the players are "young" is because this game practically attracts the sort of stuff that young people enjoy. It has violence and guns.

Most parents don't care what their children are playing or don't notice it because children have their own computers or have more knowledge than parents on computers. I wouldn't be surprised if an angry parent suddenly sent you a raging e-mail telling you that their son (or daughter) was playing such a "horrible game".
I don't know why! When I trying to play smth else... I get tired of it and go to CS2D back again!

There already is an option to tone down the blood. Only problem with this is that it can be changed and the parental lock crap would just be annoying and somewhat useless.

I'll be honest. CS2D is the only free game I've ever encountered which doesn't have problems with tons of hacking or Pay2Play crap. And not to mention most of the stuff, which most other games don't have, such as the map creator and LUA scripts.
