sometimes i download a game for PSP and its unpacked like this as example: CS2D and %CS2D (or it was CS2D%).
how can i play that game then? please help me

i heard i can play illegal games if i got firmware 1.50, but know i have already updated to 3.01
can i still downgrade it??

And you can downgrade but just dont upgrade it will take a while to create a downgrader for your PSP but for now use the Psar dump i posted earlier on the thread.

You can run homebrew on any Firmware up to 2.80
You can run (illegal) ISOs on any Firmware up to 2.71
The PSAR Dump dumps the content of the 3.00/3.01 Updater file on the MS for testing and emulating in DevHook (not possible yet)
