can someone upload sys32/imwin.jpg for me ?

i have installed FIFA02 (lol) but i can't play it
when i run regsetup.exe a box like this appear

It's a virus, malware.
Try downloading antivirus or something.

That doesn't mean anything. You could drop any kind of shit into that folder.
In fact, most viruses store their files there.
