This is a strange bug: write something in russian in WordPad and them copy it to CS2d chat and press Enter, then you can see russian letters in chat!

I found finally out (with help of one decoder) what's wrong.
(I hope it's so as I think)
The client sends russian symbols in ISO-8859-5 (Cyrillic) but the server recieves (=decodes) them as 7-bit ASCII.
Based on information from wiki:
However, any Lua script sends the text in Windows-1251 (look at "Test, ****" in game) but the client decode that as Windows-1252 or ISO 8859-1
So the text that was sent by Lua can be read in logs.
Look at the picture maybe I misunderstand something
The corrupted text is "тест", "test" in english.
The funny thing is, when you create a server (via in-game) you can read your russian characters well. Other will still see "G3@5490B"

1. Change the font (for characters in other language)
2. Changing the language (using an external application or dll library) and to change the characters in other language (as qwerty).
3. Replacing symbols by analyzing chat.

Pagyra: 3) As you can see on the screenshot it doesn't work. Somehow server and client don't use the same encoding anymore (when you write something in russian).
But I'm still thinking about it but it will be very difficult.
1) -Already did it and this worked for <0.1.1.5.
DC broke it in 0.1.1.6
