I can tell you but it includes the words "piracy","torrent" and "FRAPS" or you can always go with Camstudio (laggy piece of shit).

Other programs - for other purposes (in the sense programs for recording video)

It's not virus and it's legal
The only thing I hate in fraps,when I record 15 seconds it saves a video which has 75mb
