DarkCorner, Leiche, BlazingEyed and Lee are doing everything right they do good jobs. I think 3 - 4 moderators are enough ( Flying Lizard and justin are moderators, too, but they aren't active anymore ).

We don't need more moderators and especially no new modes ( like archive moderator ).

I do believe Leiche was originally asked to be a moderator mainly for the archive. I could of read the thread wrongly tho, my german isn't exactly top-notch.

Anyway, I don't really think that a file-archive moderator would be neccisary, although it would help with uploads that are stolen/resized/in the wrong language ( non-EN/DE ). You can really combat this by having a moderator who reads the file archive regularly, though, lol.

Well, I think |jUSTiN|(a.k.a. |iNjUST|) still is a okay mod, his last visit was just 5 months ago. At least it says that when I last checked.

I got a old picture somewhere of me being a mod at FPSB once.

Here it is btw.
• Link.

Some well known user named something like "Sparks" at FPSB (at that time) paid me a free Ripe membership and with that I got mod too but it lasted only for a short while. The work I did at FPSB was simply assessing maps for games and improving game profiles and similar activities. I haven't worked awfully alot with post moderation though although I know how to handle posts easy. But is Unreal Software ready for more mods? that's the question. I think it's already sufficient for now until loads of additional users are registered here, sort of like the user database at FPSB(now GameBanana) which had quite alot users registered, and there was many moderators for different purposes, they was seperated into their respective sections and that was good for keeping it organized and neat and that iself is pretty good for the community.

You need to be active at UnrealSoftware.de for at least one year in order to become a moderator. Moreover you have to write helpful posts/comments and you have to obey the rules. You have to occur to us in a very positive way. Furthermore there needs to be a lack of moderators (otherwise we will not add more).

User for 5 years, and I've seen a lot of posts that were thanked, or somthing of that sort. Also apperently there is a mod MIA.

Actually not.
DC is busy about updating games & gets rid about the ideas
Leiche does a great work.
BlazzingEyed do the same.
And i only see some posts of Lee

There's alot of noobs stealing and uploading on US. Also, noob threads or illegal posts, and that happens every day. No one can go to the page only to delete.
So i vote we NEED more mods
