Always when I enter a server the ping rises up to over 500 and I do not know why
plz help me
1. You have a general slow internet connection
2. You download something in the background.
And does it always lag? on every server? Try to connect to a server which has a good connection.
try connect to servers that are near for you.
if you play from africa and try connect to US server the ping is more high because its far away. ping means the time that a packet need to get from a to b.far away=high ping (more time to need for the way)
but he started for 3 months
have you installed new things in that time?
Look for torrent or other file sharing programs witch start with windows.if they do start with windows turn them off.
if you have w-lan try to ley the stick at another place (USB cable costs about 50 cent.....)
what was the problem?
tell us how you fixed that problem.that may helps users who have the same problem.if they do everything right and search they get an answear that help

most servers have a ping limit. the server admin can set it up.
