you should ask permission for uploading your stuff with massive mod as builder doesnt give free permission to modify the contents

Neither do i need permission for fixing a problem that someone didn't care enough to fix, neither do i care. I am merely helping fellow players who want to play this mod. By the way, Are You the Maker of this Mod?
it was from too old version as you can see in the post
nobody has encountered that problem recently and the building stuff has already been took care of
the latest build has no such problem like that so I suppose its useless
and you DO need permission to modify the content created by another person if he didnt stated it earlier
and I aint the creator of that mod
