Mods Massive Modif there a patch im missing or am i doing something wrong?
tried to check the forum for an answer but there's a lot to go through

I recently bought a new monitor. 1600x900 is it's ideal resolution. I went under graphics, changed the setting to something close to that, and restarted the program.
Now when I load it, the loading bar is in the upper-left corner of the screen, the game screen is off-center (I can see about 1/4 of it!), and I have no way of finding the settings to get it back!
Is there some way I can change the settings from outside the program, to get this to work? I'm such a newb... :-/
Forgot to mention--I've already tried uninstalling/reinstalling everything.
then enter the resolution of your monitor into the second and third line and save it.
start the game, that's it.

I am still stuck with the better part of the screen being 'outside' of my dispay though! I am using Windows 7, and set as an administrator. When I close/open the settings tab, it *has* saved the lines I edited.
What am I doing wrong?

The only problem is that when I extract the Massive Mod.zip (into it's own folder, not the stranded 2 base) and install the patch from page 80, and run MassiveMod.bat, I load and then get a black screen. Any technical support is greatly appreciated.

Same for me but instead of a black screen it just gets stuck at the Unreal Software screen and does nothing.

Mine dosen't even get to the unreal software screen, just blacks out. THe way to fix this is to develop a direct exe rather then bat files.
I'm trying to get this mod to work, but I'm getting the memory access violation error message some of the other guys here have reported when running the massive mod bat file. I'm running this on vista 32 bit.
In a vanilla install, the stranded 2 executable runs fine and has done for years - it's when I run the .bat from the Massive Mod folder when the error message appears. I haven't screwed around with it - only followed the instructions given by psytechnic and Builder - outstanding fellows, by the way. Also, while I know I'm not supposed to do it I guess, running StrandedII.exe from the same folder gives me an error message about an invalid game property, I don't know.
However, the windows 7/vista fix executable works fine in the Massive Mod folder - also a thing I guess I shouldn't be doing - and I've played for a bit running from that but none of the mod content is there. Obviously, I guess (again).
TL;DR I'm clueless, wahhh help me plz
Has there been a fix for this or not? (im not gonna browse through theese 86+ pages to probably find nothing) Any advice will be welcomed
