What kind of program I will need than I want to record a video clip on a my monitor/ screen.?
And is it free? Please give me some suggestions?

PS. This tread can be deleted or loked when i have got good answer. I'll make a sing when this can be removed or locked.

Hypercam - can makes movies on your desktop and such,not free.
Fraps - can make movies in-games,not free.
