I miss your www.storm.ro.pl 3 servers... please make them again!! =(
the server is without sv_bind registerd in the USGN, but u can`t ping the server.
when you use sv_bind, i think it fixes an IP.
but i am not sure what it does exactly

I'm not sure but it looks like you've only loaded the server bin into the memory without loading the modules first...

This is not a correct BATCH File, the content must be:

ussually it should work without the sv_bind command.
Since it makes a lot of troubel and it isn't really needed,
i uploaded a new version which is exactly the same except that you can start python without the optimized flag.
