There is no need. I think that we go with the idea that CoolRun said. The 1 Month rule.You should also completely re-edit the clan database and remove all the clans that are in-active. In the current database when and if you re-edit it you should add a section at the bottom for the In-Active clans. But only add the In-Active clans that were good and that lasted a pretty long time :).
