I think it is after you build the hut and/or hammok.
Tried it. Built almost everything. Not sure what unlocks it, but I know I've had them before.

Try building everything you can then if it doesn't show up it could be a glitch

And how to get one thing off the hand? I try to remove it but a red 0 appears on the side and I can't choose hand again!!! How to get it off the hand?

If it does, where are they located? I never seem to find any cacao or plum trees.

If you don't have any mods No. The pearl can be sold to the pirate if you got one.

No random island don't have the trees but they can appear in creates.
