Please, spend some seconds of your precious time to think about what you are saying: Stranded II is in beta state. There are still new features being added and this will not stop until the thing goes gold.
Holding a mod up-to-date is a lot of work, I can tell you.
Just wait until you can be sure that the mod will not suddenly become incompatible with the next version. That point of time is the bloody gold release.
Just double the "mods\Stranded II" folder and edit the inis.
You can steal bizzl's standard installer from S2Ext and S2Eng. If he bothers, just give him a banana and as a saxon, he'll be satisfied (stupid intragermanic standard joke, just ignore it).

About the installer: I wont mind, since I didn't anything that couldn't have done by anyone else, and the starter tool is free for usage anyway.
Can I still get a banana?
