Basically, its a naturally born virus that has learnt to affect us naturally, and has a bigger affect on people who already have weakended immune systems or lungs (ie from asthma or smoking)
People who are reletlively healthy may be quite unwell for a few weeks, but if they seek proper treatment, are likely to recover fully.
Jawohl hat geschriebenit really is not much worse than the flu, its only really lethal to those with poor healthcare, poor immune system, elderly or young.
But for sure it's more deadly virus

Talking about how deadly it is, Influenza has a CFR (case fatality rate) of 0.2% to 0.3%, for corona we haven't figured out the exact value, but first calculations guess that it's ~0.3% to 0.7%, so yes it is way deadlier
