I put some .wav sounds replacing the original sounds that are also in .wav and when I enter the game and I'm going to play the type of floor that I changed the sound does not make any sound

Can someone help me with this?

Confirm that the the wav files work outside of CS2D.

@user Barry Burton: Contact me on discord, perhaps I'll solve the issue.
Might be incorrect path, spacing or some other issue.

Try converting the .wav sounds to .wav yet again, especially when you get those files from somewhere else. Had the same issue a long ago, this had been fixing it.

An online audio converter would do it easily, just so you know.

WAV can be stored with tons of settings and encodings. Not all of them are supported by CS2D unfortunately.
I would recommend to use OGG instead of WAV. All OGG files I tried with CS2D worked fine so far.

I think the loader should even load the files when they are called pl_dirt1.ogg etc. (different file extension). If it doesn't you can still rename the extension back to .wav after saving the file as ogg.
