Hello, members of Unreal Software. I would like to share some tech I have scoured the internet hours for. Most of it is underrated and hard to come across, so pay attention.

A NEW STARTUP IS GOING TO RELEASE BATTERIES WITH 5X ENERGY DENSITY AND 30X FASTER CHARGING GRABAT BATTERIES STARTUP LINK also li-air batteries could theoretically reach 50X the energy density although the charging rate is still under development and currently still about the same as a regular lithium ion. This is very impressive news, as gasoline has the energy of about 14000 wh/kg, but about one half or less as efficient, making it average less than 7000 wh/kg. This should be great news for Tesla, who's biggest problem is their battery weight and cost. This would make it lighter, more efficient and just better than gas powered vehicles. The grabat batteries are, however, NOT theoretical and they work. Unfortunately they have not reached the mass production stage.. yet.

NEW EDIT!!: Nanoantennas with the ability of up to 95% or more solar power efficiency and the ability to create extremely high res extremely efficient screens (and maybe capture lost energy in a microwave or something)

First, surprise, Is about getting energy from a magnet. If you coil a copper wire around a magnet, according to Faraday's Law of Induction, the magnet will generate power without moving. Faraday was a famous genius so I believe it could work. It could also make a battery that gives power for decades.

there's no such thing as free energy.

In a reply to your Sandia's cooler you can check Thermaltake Engine 27. Its based on the same thing but it is physically impossible to be 50 times more efficient..

You typed some bu***t conspiracy theories and products which are dumb like "free energy" like f the physics. My question is why you do that?

As I said, it was controversial, but Faraday was a genius and was famous for his works with electricity/magnets/electromagnets. Of course, I kind of expected disagreement so im not surprised at all. I also have to add that I spend most of my time researching and if it wasn't backed up by Faraday I wouldn't have mentioned it. Besides it doesn't defy physics at all. p.s. my bad on the cooling fan. it wasn't 50 times more efficient but 50 times greater cooling ability. My bad.

p.s. take advantage of this. This tech is hard to find and took many hours of research.

p.p.s. user Assassin moder When are you going to upload days survive? I don't want it to end up like an abandoned project. It would be good to back it up and It would be a massive waste of time if you lost interest like a lot of other modders. (just making sure because the mod looks awesome)

I dont have the time 4 that but its easy enough to look it up yourself. I'm too busy researching more stuff...

EDIT: I missed the fact that my source said "moved" through a coil, so i deleted the crazy perpetual motion machine stuff (although I still believe it's possible because of the fact that electrons move through a magnet 24/7. One of my sources for this? Howard Johnson and this video, although the creator doesn't say that they're real, he explains the types, if possible. Anyway, magnetic energy is not the only way for a LOT of energy. Sorry for any false hopes I may have given you if this is, in fact, not true. Don't listen to me, look it up. There is a LOT of controversy on this, and although it might not violate 1000000 laws of physics, lots of people still say things like 'it cant be real' and stuff, although they don't look on the other side of the argument or do any good deep research.

Anyway, there are a lot of other VERY amazing ways to get pretty much unlimited energy. (which don't defy physics in the least)

Sorry if my very long paragraph doesn't make sense to you. Just read it slowly

Why creating a thread then (with derail potential) at all? It's not like we all got too much time on our hands to look up stuff you say on the internet if its true or not.

@user Chingy: and editing it and marking as new to bring attention..

@user M3t4l_M0uth: As i spotted that earlier you have "Super User" rank. You think you are above everybody and you post and create stupid threads without any knowledge about it. You are asking people to make something for you so desperate that you edit your pots few times a day or a week (stranded II content and threads for example) screaming about it.. Please stop making this kind of behavior because its immature.. You have no time? so dont create this kind of threads because you cant reply with any arguments. Cheers

user Assassin moder :plz no. I did not mean that. I thought that people might actually show some interest instead of just getting pissed at me. This kind of stuff is very hard to find and I expected some people to actually appreciate it. Thanks... but no thanks. If you don't think this is interesting enough for people to read doesn't mean you have to reply every five seconds about it with another rude message. I kind of wonder if you are even reading the stuff I wrote, because you show no interest... Or you people just don't enjoy learning about tech like i do. p.s. i'm super user for a reason

I've heard and read about some of these things, many are impractical, albeit theoretically feasible.
Some are going to become common technologies and some are just gimmicky looking things.

You included Thorium NR in between "Cool Rocket Science" for whatever reason.

About the Mind Controlled Tech, as far as I know, Elon is working on Neuralink so I'm sure if not him, someone else will realize it to the dream standards of thought-controlled devices.

For wireless electricity, if I recall correctly, they are making a technology that uses lasers to charge your phone (although it would need a 1-2 cm add-on). It stops immediately upon hitting a person's skin so as not to harm him/her, apparently. The concept described was that you could come into a cafe and as long as you're not covering your phone with your hands, it'll get charged if it's placed on the table or something. I recall it was a TED talk.

Hydrogen fuel is impractical. It's hard to create, it weighs a ton, the cells break easily, there's no infrastructure for it (and no big demand a.k.a. reason to create it) and whatever is out there will turn out more expensive than say owning an electric car. If you're an environmental nut who won a lottery, I'm not saying it's a bad idea but none of us here are.

I am genuinely surprised nobody mentioned transistors. Smaller does not equal "more efficient".
It's practical in the sense that you can cram more things in the same amount of space and if you have more things then they can do more thing things. Which means some of those things for example "heat" are going to become a problem. Not to mention that the closer you get to such sizes, the more chance that some elementary particle like an electron will just decide to "jump" over onto another atom and screw things over (like corrupt computer values).
It's much more practical to just use more "stable" things. It's just a matter of how you synchronize everything to work smoothly.

Your link for Ultracapacitors is dead. Although if I recall correctly, it's one of those things where you can use graphene to charge stuff really fast except for the part that the amount of charge it can hold is actually very small so you gotta trickle down to the muddy solutions.

I wouldn't have shared the scope link cause it just makes you look like you're clueless or malicious. Not good for your reputation either way.

Like I mentioned, I'm hoping/awaiting for some of them, am skeptical/realistic about most of them and reasonably sure some are just attention-catchers.

user Rainoth when I said fuel cell I kind of meant HHO generator which converts electricity into hydrogen for future use. I don't agree with fuel cells much either for vehicles.
I like the idea of an efficient hydrogen combustion engine, which would cost less, would be more durable and anyway if an hho generator was connected to a nanoantenna solar panel or a thorium reactor the energy amount would be enormous so in that case efficiency wouldn't even be a problem

Personally, I think that the nano antennas are pretty cool, and could prove useful . The claim that they are 95% more powerful than solar panels, could be true. This kinda don't make too much sense, but think of it this way. Think of water as solar energy. What absorbs water faster and more efficiently? A board or a sponge?
Say a solar panel is a wood board, which will eventually absorb a bit of water, but not to efficiently.
Now, think of nano antenna board as a sponge. It basically just absorbes the water.
A solar panel loses about 4% - 6% of energy because it is so reflective and only absorbes 15% of solar energy shone onto it. And, they constantly need cleaning.
A nano board (that's kinda how I think of them as), would probably need to be cleaned a lot more
than a solar panel because even the smallest of dust partials could block the flow of energy. (probably wouldn't be to much of a problem, just the tiniest flow of air could probably clean them). Back to losing energy though, I don't think that nano antennas would lose much energy. If you have pencil, what would the area be if you added all the sides together? Then, what if you made the pencils longer, so there is a bit more area? Then, add 500,000,000 more and you might have the same area as a solar panel. Plus, them being ALOT cheaper that solar panels, they might have a future.
Altho since they are nano, or "one billionth", they seam that they would be flimsy and weak, so ya.

If you thought this made absouluty no sense, you are probably right.

The nano-board could be put into some sort of transparent casting (that doesn't reflect too much) and cleaned daily with the sprinkler system (I saw this on youtube, btw) making the cleaning job a lot easier, but possibly at the cost of a small amount of energy loss. Also, with 1 out of 1000000000000000 nanoantennas blocked by a dust particle, it wouldn't quite block the flow of the entire "nano board"

Would the transparent casting protect the nano antennas? Or how strong are the nano antennas? What material/materials are they made out of? Just wondering because "nano boards" seem that they would be very fragile. As the name implies, nano, or, one one billionth, they just seem to flimsy. Maby making them impractical for use. But they still seem like a good invention.

well, in a transparent casting, the nanoantennas would be protected from the elements, and also even very very small things don't break as easily as you might expect. A computer cpu, for example, has much smaller pieces than even nanoantennas and it relies on every single one of them to function correctly. They also work for quite a while if not overclocked.
