The last logged IP on the image actually links with the other one with the same location. This is called dynamic IP if you've never heard of it. So no, your account isn't stolen nor hijacked. Normally a hijacker wouldn't just try to log in on your account but also changing your credentials data such as password so that you'll never be able to log on it any more.

You lied that your account was stolen just to get your ban circumvented. No, I won't lift the ban. As a note of rule, DO NOT CHEAT and play FAIRLY.
