Trying to find a hosting service

So far, I've had no luck. I can't host from my own place since my connection is bad.
I've been finding some websites that say they host, but the problem is, (this is going to sound dumb) I am not sure if they are hosting a website or a dedicated server. Even if they are hosting a dedicated server, I'm still not sure if they would let CS2D be hosted on their server.
Long-story short - I'm just looking for a dedicated server for me to host.
