You wrap it in an image tag like so:

1
[img]https://media.giphy.com/media/d8dSpivqyfiaA/source.gif[/img]

IMG:https://media.giphy.com/media/d8dSpivqyfiaA/source.gif

But I believe your GIF is too high and will not work in a signature anyway. Also it's pretty ugly.

There is a limit of.. I don't remember... 100 pixels height or something like that for images in the signature.
You should try to keep your signature as small as possible. I don't recommend using any images in your signature. Animated GIFs are a particularly bad idea.

Why? This forum is about discussions and content. Huge signatures don't add any value. They are distracting and useless and they make reading threads more difficult and force you to scroll more. Therefore they are not appreciated here.

I agree with @user DC:
Extremely large Gifs/Images were always a pain in the ass for me in every forum that I've visited.

How about a nice little funny quote or a poem made by a known poet in your signature?
I believe that it would be nicer to see something like that other than a Gif that wastes your time, thus it only take a few seconds of your time to read

Cheers
