You may use "mods" folder in your cs2d directory and place there anything you need to change:
Make a folder and name it somehow:
Then place there folders which would include your stuff to change:
And now your job:
After you done go for your launcher and run client using mod title and choose one you need:

Jedediastwo: only u Jedediastwo: A script to change sounds/gfx when joining a server is impossible to make I guess. CS2D loads all files needed to play at startup and it's impossible to change it when playing. 1
