N/A (The guy is not allowed to hear you, even if he have "VOICE" on your id(in cases if you dont want him to hear your voice when you muted him))

SQ: Wouldn't the voice chat system cause problems? I may be wrong though but the current layer network of CS2D isn't designed to handle the voice traffic properly. Or did you completely re-write the network stack from scratch? SQ has writtenCS2D Voice Chat
