Hm. I used to have the same issue but I cannot remember exactly what the problem was.

Are you running any scripts? Specifically ones that trigger funcitons on join, leave, second, ms100 and always?

I assume that's fine.

Does the crash always happen with the same map? Or is it every map?

Hm. Can you try disabling all scripts and change the map via the console to see if it happens.

Use the console to change the map like so:
Code:
1
map aim_headshot

You may need to use cs2d cmd rcon if you are not acting as the server.

That's very weird. Do you have any auto-restart script for your server? What does your server configuration file look like (just the port would be fine).

In the mean time you can try and start your server using the
-realport
parameter. This should resemble the way you use it:

Code:
1
./cs2d_dedicated -realport

Once you've done that change the map and see if the port changes again.

I meant what physical task you perform to start the server. Do you type a command, do you double click an .exe?

You can edit the .exe by right clicking it, select "properties", find the input field which specifies the path and add
-realport
behind it.

I'm currently on Linux, I cannot make screenshots for you. Sorry.
