@user carb0n: and everyone else.

Back in 2014/2015 valve implemented a new feature. All of the remaining accounts that would be created after that point forward should be restricted.

By restricted I mean:

You cannot add friends
You cannot create groups
You cannot access the steam market
You cannot bla bla bla (it's a lot of restrictions)

Therefore, you are a restricted user a.k.a limited account.
For you to get rid of that condition you must either charge your steam wallet with 5euros or dolars or pay something worth of the same amount.

When you do that you'll be no longer restricted and be able to vote on cs2d.

Cheers.

Fix every cs2d bug instead of adding fucking "3D" and changing the resolution. Who cares the 3D function in a 2D game?! I can't even use the normal CS2D.exe to start cs2d, I MUST START IT WITH LAUNCHER! Why? just why?? Bring cs2d back to the old versions! If you don't fix everything then i hope steam won't take cs2d. If you would ask DC like in version 0.1.2.2 for a 3D function he will laugh hard but now where simonas work on cs2d, there is a 3D function. Are you fucking kidding me? Simonas just fcked cs2d. but everyone in the community says "WOW NICE UPDATE, YOU ARE AMAZING!" but in real they think "oh god, seriously?". Unrealsoftware is like Valve now. Valve want money, money, money but no bug fixes in csgo and unrealsoftware want steam, steam, steam but fcked cs2d. In the past i thought DC is awesome by working on cs2d but now i just think he doesn't really care what bugs they are in cs2d, just release a update and everything would be fine. I said it in the last version check EVERYTHING before release a update. And can i ask something? Why are you adding 3D as default?

We moved from #11 to #12 position, tragedy . That's all what we did there. Goodbye Steam.

What are you talking about? Already discussed the positions means nothing.

@user -Francis: First and foremost, I'd invite you to chill down a bit and think of something constructive rather than just blatantly complain. Whilst I would totally understand some people might not like the 3D rendering feature you can simply disable it through Options > Graphics > 3D.

As for the CS2D.exe problem, does an error message output while executing the game? Did you do any actions such as updating drivers before this? You have to elaborate more on your post if you need a quick solution.

Furthermore user DC and user SQ are doing their best to get CS2D polished with recent fixes as soon as possible. You don't simply expect things or software to be done quickly.

@user -Francis: 3D is a nice addition, and as user GeoB99 explained it's fully optional. Be glad that I forced user SQ to keep it optional I didn't even accept to make it a server setting so every player can decide independently.

Please also be aware that
• my highest priority for CS2D is still to fix bugs
• it's entirely impossible to make such a complex project 100% bug free. You can totally forget that. It will never happen.

That you can only launch the game via launcher is of course a very bad problem. So you're using Windows right? What is your native desktop screen resolution? with which launcher options does it work?

Sweet Jeebus, the day has come

Hope this succeeds and we actually get more players, 'cause community was dying slowly

...
Been a fan since the game came out (long time huh)...

p.s. yeah, the 3D looks kinda odd, maybe there is an option to decrease the height of Z axis (I want to keep it on, but haven't really tinkered around settings)
