Sometimes my server blocks me from joining (not the same computer to join and host)
And I read dedicated and it says I flood and it's ignoring so I sad

Is not my problem
Is my problem: How to unflood me without wait? Command?

This sounds very weird and it clearly shouldn't happen under normal circumstances.

Could you please post the server log which contains that flood message?

You seem to try to connect with multiple clients which are running on the same PC or which are in the same LAN.

As user BcY said you have to increase the value for cs2d cmd mp_maxclientsip to the amount of clients you are going to use on the server which have the same IP (= run on the same machine / the same LAN)

It's weird that you hit the limit though because the default value is 5 already. What are you doing?

I really hope you're not trying to spam a server with fake clients because that clearly is not a cool thing.

The inforeq thing indicates that you are requesting the server info many times from the same IP in some way. For example by having a lot of clients running with serverlist opened.

I do this:

I join server with window mode but everything is tiny because my resolution on desktop is high.
I switch to full screen mode but then everything goes black.
I open the console and type quit and enter.
I reopen cs2d just this time I go full screen from the main menu.

By the way the server is mine and isn't hosted on my PC.

I try to connect to my server but it tells me I'm already there.
I refresh the page every few seconds to see if I disappeared.
I try to connect and it times out.

+ I can't allow more than 1 IP because it's a RPG server and it can be abused (I think)

@user DC: Well apparently, there's cases in the game wherein if you randomly crash, the server thinks that you are still in the game, and you haven't disconnected yet but in your client, you're not actually present in the game.

I guess it's the server's problem, not the client.

Clients which didn't disconnect properly will be kicked automatically after a while via a timeout mechanism. Not sure how long this takes but it shouldn't be more than a few minutes.

@user Mami Tomoe: If you don't want to wait for the timeout and have admin rights on the server you can simply kick the old player via (external) rcon (if it is enabled).

Still this doesn't explain the flood warning... a crashed client can't send messages anymore which could cause this. Maybe the client still runs in the background. You can check with your task manager.
