cupcakez: Try this: Almost for me fix that, close the antivirus (360 Security for me), and the download manager (IDM) in my case, close it, and this will be improve that, i fix it whith that solution... In other games the antivirus lag the internet also, like the Download managers (Jdownloader, IDM).
EDIT: also, if you press windows key + r, automatically appear a windows above, and type: prefetch , select all these files and delete it, exit and make the same windows key + r , and type: %temp% , delete all the files , and this improve too much the freezes 1× editiert, zuletzt 28.11.16 03:07:38
