When i start the game and then appear a log error "ERROR: Failed to create log-file (sys\logs\21-Sep-2016_13-54-53.txt)! Logging disabled!",

when i login appear a error again "ERROR: failed to save 'sys\usgn.dat', ERROR: failed to write 'sys\controls.cfg', ERROR: failed to write 'sys\config.cfg', ERROR: failed to write 'sys\usgn_upw', ERROR: failed to write 'sys\more.cfg'" and i cannot logged in.

How to fix it? Please help me

Sorry for bad english

"CS2D Error" is a generic title not suitable for your topic. Title changed. /user GeoB99

Whether all these files exist?Check.
You can always download the game again on the website: www.cs2d.com.
This is the official web site of the game. All necessary files are available.
If that does not work:
Change the access settings, probably something interferes.

The problem is pretty self-explanatory. For some reason the logging system gets disabled mainly due to write protection therefor it will not create a log file. Either way the log folder is missing but this is very unlikely.

The same thing applies for your second case. Whether you have write protection enabled CS2D won't save your credentials data according to F.A.Q. - Can't log-in.

Solution?: Disable the write protection if it's enabled and grant administrative rights to CS2D executable like user Hajt said. This should get rid of your problem.

In case you got the zip version: Did you actually UNZIP the zip? I highly recommend to do so before playing! It depends on what software you use. Some ZIP software does not support file writing to relative paths (in the zip) for binaries which are executed from within a zip.

Otherwise it's probably a permission problem. Install/unzip it somewhere else. If it still does not work run it with admin rights.

Assumed that CS2D executable is located in
C:\Counter-Strike 2D
, type this command under Administrator Command Prompt

1
icacls "C:\Counter-Strike 2D" /grant "everyone":(OI)(CI)F /T

That will fix the permission of the CS2D folder.
