That would mean they could lose all progress, but I may add warnings for that. Still more people could be using the system.

Should USGN go down for whatever reason, IPs will let most players restore their progresses but keep in mind there are still numerous players using dynamic IP.

Establish a connection to unrealsoftware.de to check whether USGN is up and warn players USGN has went down when they enter server should be good enough. Just saying.

I too think that using IP for saving might be problematic.

What problems could we encounter? I'm asking this exact thing. I'm really considering something like that without including login system.

USGN and IP's would be two different saving systems.
As I remember, some the CS 1.6 mods were actually saving on the IP's

Maybe easier to put a script for registration of a name(nick) with password?

I.e If a player entered to server, and it has an unknown IP or USGN - then server changes its name to typical "Player №"
If a player changes his name to registered name, then server will show him a text message, or even a window with a field for entering text (or other variants of query) - with ability to enter a password within one minute time limit. If no password is entered or password is incorrect - then server changes its name to typical "Player №".

If player wants to register (his nickname is registered and stored with all related information (including statistics and IP and USGN)) then he must enter special command in chat or click button for easy saving (it can be displayed at screen).
Registered players can at any time change its name to any other, and new name will be saved of their current name of its profile, but if a player changes his name to a different registered name, then server will show him a text message, or even a window with a field for entering text (or other variants of query) - with ability to enter a password within one minute time limit. If no password is entered or password is incorrect - then server changes its name to current name of its profile.

So you can save stats only for registered players.

And to identify player server will use three factors:
• USGN
• Name and password
• IP

@user Pagyra: The problem with dynamic IP is that you may lose your data. But the thing is that people without USGN at the moment can't even get achievements. I would save data for IP's with warnings that they may lose their data. But for one day play - it's great I think.

So I do not think that there is a problem with identification of player - even if player came to server without USGN or changed IP - he can simply change his nickname (by default, at joining to server it changes his name to typical "Player №") and correctly enter password during one minute.
Moreover you can also use nick for bans - and save IPs history of every user.

Within minutes until player enters password for nickname, he should not be able to control his character.

just, screen 1 kills are globally proportional with the time you pass on the server, so in middle/short period of time, this curbe will be f(x)=x for everyone.
screen 2, that will certainly tend to a constant a, f(x)=a
unless you add a zoom tool to change the scale

Right now, I've found a new bug regard the Achievements list.

They are positioned badly and kinda messy. This shall must be fixed it as it looks ugly. Aside from this, these Graph Statistics look awesome. When you're ready (or almost) to upload it to File Archive?

Hard achievements:

Specialist: Use every single pistol to kill your enemies. (reward:-150 rank)

Roller: Kill an enemy from his back. (reward: -230 rank)
Sniper: Kill 15 enemy's with Scout/AWP (reward:-100 rank)
