Basically, you want lua script which should be attached to this map? I don't understand you at all.. What he want is basically a safe zone script, nothing more.
1.Use Search
2.Type "Safe zone script" (without quotes).
3.You'll get tons of threads and some files related to Safe Zone.
4.When you create a thread, search before posting!
5.Don't do this mistake again.
