I can't say for sure. It's possible that you'll be able to run it with minimum settings (no shadows etc., lowest resolution) as Unity3D is very flexible with its settings. But your system is probably too slow to run it with a playable frame rate. Just assumptions at this point but your PC clearly isn't designed to run complex 3D games.

I can run it with low settings on my laptop which doesn't have a dedicated video card either (i5 with intel HD graphics) but which is still much better than your PC.

With these specs, running the Stranded 3 on your PC will be much harder like get lags when you move and so on.
This depend also how good is your CPU (it speed of calculations and such) and i think you must upgrade your PC with good components to run and play Stranded 3 at good results and playing also other games that requie good specs.

You might want to test Stranded 2. Are you able to run Stranded 2 on the settings you want to have?
If not then you shouldn´t expect that Stranded 3 will run with the same settings (because Stranded 3 is gonna be more complex).

Anyway, maybe you want to buy a cheap old second hand graphics card (like 10-20€) and downgrade to Windows XP (because it needs less RAM). But that should be your decision!

So are these specs your laptop or your desktop specs?

If they are your desktop specs: You have a desktop PC with an Intel Atom CPU? Are you sure? Because that's rather uncommon.

@user GamerNewb: You forgot to post the CPU specification of both your laptop and PC (exept laptop's CPU is Intel Atom to be precise) and if you feel comfortable by playing with PC instead of laptop, then just upgrade it because upgrading the specs of a laptop is hard to do (most of the laptops can't be upgraded at all like upgrading their CPU) so i suggest to upgrade your PC to play games and S3 (when S3 will be released) without lags and such, and S3 won't requie high specs at all.

@user User does not exist: These requirements link that you posted aren't really precised for S3 even if S3 will use Unity, whatever, the S3 won't be such a game with high requirements.

I can tell that you can operate the game less specifications and perhaps will be very slow. But my opinion is not trusted for sure.

I can probably run it on the lowest setting possibly with shading and texturing low

I do not mean to ruin your hype but you can not run it. No amount of hopes and prayings will help you to run it on playable framerate.

Your system is HEAVILY outdated. You are lucky to run windows 7 properly.

I am sorry.

You can get a medium-ramge computer for 400€.

By the time of S3's release most of those people who have an old PC will probably get a decent one. Even if not, updating to Windows 10 should help performance-wise.
Vista < XP ≈ 7 < 8 < 10
