EDIT: i forgot to ask,why when i create a Dedicated server then it gets added to the LAN server list?(I had the offline/lan disabled when I created the server)

rcon_pw and after that use any command you want with the rcon prefixAll servers that run on port 36963 (which is standard) get added to the LAN list. If you disable Offline/LAN that just means that it also gets added to the online server list.
Edit: and also,most servers that I joined have player ranks(like Admin,Mod1,Mod2) and they can even have hats,how do I do that in my server?
