who will win somebody with skills with 260 lag or somebody with 60 lag and skills, why will he player win. I already know the answer.I just want to prove a point.
Depends on the game. In all games where time and reaction matters the person with the lower ping is likely two win because there are 200 ms ADDITIONAL delay (when talking about the earliest possible moment of perception and the moment were the resulting action arrives at the server) for the other player. That's 1/5 seconds which is a lot when speaking about reaction.
