What can i do, or what work i will do?

Why do you want to become a MOD ?
I want be MOD, To help people and explain for them,and see comment's and post's and warn people who broke the rule's.and help @user DC if he want help.

There has to be a lack of active moderators or at least DC has to feel that there's a lack of moderators in the forum. As you might guess, there's no lack and everything's going how it's supposed to. There's no definite rules on how moderators are selected (at least I've never heard of such).
If other moderators believe someone is fit to become one, we may say so but the DC gets the final decision anyway. Users can criticize current moderators if they believe they're not up for the job. As far as I know, user ohaz was a moderator but after something like that, he decided that university was more important and stepped down (which makes sense and I might do the same eventually). That is one example of that case.
