It succeeds to load the real serverlist afterwards (see console). So everything should be fine. You can start CS2D with the command line param -nocache to disable loading of the cached offline list.

[EDIT] Sir Dc i have new problem i stuck in usgn validation it say ( Error:received unexpected joindata (precon.authcode)

Golgoace005: i saw your idle state, your internet is so bad, slow, maybe this s**t(sorry) get you errors with join servers and update serverlist. When i join in server i stuck in usgn validation

Well, it isn't a CS2D bug so.
It's your internet problem (it's not about faste or slow internet)
Does this problem occur always? Maybe simply try again later. Or disconnect from the internet and reconnect. Another solution is to simply play without login. No login = no validation.

Hit the Windows key on your keyboard + R Browse for your CounterStrike2D.exe and choose it Add -nocache behind the pathShould like this (in your Language and with your CS2D path):
