I wanna make a maps. But's need a map export!

Use map editor, and export to image, you can't miss it, seriously.

Map Editor > Tools / More Option > Pick your size > Export as Image

For cs 1.6, enable console. Then dev_overview 2 for one server map for yourself and restart the server.
